Traditional service requires a consistent,
week-to-week schedule and is offered seven (7) days a
week. Visits must be a minimum of three (3) hours each.
Pop-in Service (offered Monday – Friday between
8:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
requires a consistent, week-to-week schedule and may be
scheduled for 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes per visit. This
service is typically used by clients who require only a
short visit for tasks like those listed below. Pop-in
service is available only in limited areas of Glens
Falls and Queensbury. Please call us for details.
Services include:
• Check on a loved one and make sure that s/he is okay
• Ensure that a loved one is taking medications
• Help with arising or preparing for bed
• Assistance with hearing aids/batteries
• Monitor bathing/showering
• Take out the garbage, get the mail, heat up a quick
meal
• Make a quick trip to/from the grocery store or an
appointment
• Quick dusting, vacuuming, or other light housekeeping
• Change the bed linens or do a load of laundry
Pop-in Service is billed at the following rates:

to 15 minutes (15 Pop-in): $13.00
16 to 30 minutes (30 Pop-in): $18.00
31 to 60 minutes (60 Pop-in): $28.00
61 to 90 minutes (90 Pop-in): $38.00
91-120 minutes (120 Pop-in): $48.00
Housecleaning Service (offered Monday through Friday
8 AM to 5 PM) is available for people who need to have
their homes thoroughly cleaned prior to starting service
or to prepare for a special event. Housecleaning service
is billed at $25.00 per hour.
NOTE: All of our services are non-medical in nature.
